Charles Dika

Charles Dika is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in software engineering, data architecture, and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Sophos, Charles leads the Vancouver team within the Messaging Security Group, focusing on providing essential email data and metrics to support threat model development. Previously, at Amazon Web Services, Charles managed efforts to enhance infrastructure efficiency while maintaining security and availability. As Director of Software Engineering and Architecture at ADESA, Charles oversaw multiple teams and aligned technology capabilities with business requirements, promoting scalable data streaming processes. Additional roles include senior data architect positions and ownership in consulting and e-commerce ventures, reflecting a robust history in database architecture, system design, and development.
