Deepak Jain

Deepak Jain has a diverse work experience in the field of global travel management and administration. Deepak started their career at FCM Travel Solutions India as AM- Travel Implants from 2006 to 2008. Deepak then worked at GlobalLogic as a Travel professional from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined Colt as a Travel & Transport specialist for a brief period of 9 months. From 2010 to 2016, Deepak worked at Aricent as a Global Travel & Related Services professional, where they were responsible for managing a travel department with a global travel spend of USD 45 million. During their time at Aricent, they achieved significant successes such as launching a self booking tool and achieving 67% online adoption within 6 months, as well as leading the process of traveler tracking for the organization. Recently, they joined Sophos as the Head Global Travel- Operations & Sourcing in 2016, where they continue to contribute their expertise in the travel industry.

Deepak Jain attended Vardhman Public School from 1982 to 1994, where they completed their schooling in the field of Commerce. After that, they studied at Delhi University from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce. Subsequently, they pursued a short-term course in Travel & Tourism Services Management at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi in 1997. Deepak has also acquired additional certifications in Airline Business Models & Competitive Strategies from IATA Training in 2016 and Six Sigma from Aricent.
