Dimpika Devadoss

Dimpika Devadoss has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Dimpika started their career as a Security Analyst at Norton, where they performed URL analysis for False Positives in Norton Safe Web. From there, they moved on to roles such as Assoc. SQA Analyst, QA Specialist/QA Lead, and Project Lead/Scrum Master at Symantec, where they worked on various projects related to Norton products. Dimpika then joined Herjavec Group as a Project Manager, before transitioning to OpenText as a Technical Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Program Manager at Sophos. Throughout their career, Dimpika has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive successful product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve customer experience.

Dimpika Devadoss obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Stella Maris College from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have acquired several certifications throughout the years, including Cyber Security Program Design from the University of Toronto, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Reliability Status Security Clearance from the Government of Canada, ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC™) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
