Geetha Ramanna

Geetha Ramanna is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Software Development at Sophos since November 2020, Geetha previously held various leadership positions at Cisco from June 2000 to November 2020. These roles included Engineering Leader in the Secure Policy and Access group, where Geetha spearheaded initiatives in Digital Network Architecture, and Senior Engineering Manager for the Cloud Security Platform, focusing on the development of multi-service platforms and cloud-native services. Geetha's expertise encompasses managing large teams, quality assurance, and transitioning security applications to the cloud. Geetha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from BIET and a Master of Science in Software Design and Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
