Jennifer Phillips is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in customer success and project management within the cybersecurity and systems integration sectors. Currently serving as Global Director of Customer Success for Managed Detection and Response at Sophos, Jennifer plays a crucial role in safeguarding over 500,000 organizations through advanced cybersecurity solutions. Prior to Sophos, Jennifer held senior positions at PSA Security Network, where responsibilities included launching the National Deployment Program and establishing key committees to address industry challenges. Jennifer's experience also encompasses project management roles at Boulder Blimp Company and KIOSK Information Systems, along with marketing positions at MWH Global and Sommer Consulting. Jennifer earned a BA in Journalism, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona.
