Jonathan Semon

Jonathan Semon possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and network security within both private and military sectors. Currently serving as a Team Lead in Managed Detection and Response at Sophos since January 2022, Jonathan oversees a team of analysts in technical operations and the implementation of innovative security policies. Prior roles at Sophos include Senior and Tier 2/1 Analysts, where Jonathan contributed to process refinement and threat detection. Jonathan's military background with the United States Air Force involved leading a Computer Security Incident Response Team and providing in-depth network analysis and infrastructure support. Additionally, Jonathan has foundational experience as a Computer Security Specialist with NotebookTek. Jonathan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
