Marco Ginocchio

Marco Ginocchio, CISSP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marco started their career in 1995 with Symantec as an MIS Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting PC and Macintosh hardware and software. Marco also performed PC setups, installations, upgrades, and administered network and email accounts.

In 1996, Marco joined S3, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, where they worked until 1999. Marco then moved on to SonicWALL Inc., where they held the positions of Systems Consultant from 1999 to 2001, and Director of Systems Engineering for EMEA from 2001 to 2012.

After that, Marco worked at Dell as the Director of Systems Engineering for EMEA from 2012 to 2013, and at Hewlett-Packard as the Global Director of Regional Product Management for Network Security from 2013 to 2015.

Currently, Marco is working at Sophos as the Senior Director of Global Escalation Services since September 2015, and has recently been appointed as the Vice President of Global Escalations in July 2020.

Marco Ginocchio, CISSP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University. Marco obtained their CISSP certification from (ISC)2 in 2013.
