Marilyn Fontaine

Marilyn Fontaine is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as the VP of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Sophos, Marilyn has held various leadership roles, including HR Strategic Advisor at AGCO Corporation and Interim Chief People Officer at Pilot Company. Additionally, Marilyn has a proven track record in compensation roles, having worked as the Director of Compensation at Hanesbrands Inc. and held senior positions at General Mills. Marilyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Minnesota Morris.
