Mark Kinzie

Vice President, Regulatory & Associate General Counsel at Sophos

Mark Kinzie started their work experience in 1995 as a Partner at Stinson Leonard Street LLP, where they served as the Chair of the Product Liability Practice Group. In this role, they were a national counsel in product liability and mass tort lawsuits, specializing in consumer electronics and industrial goods. Mark remained at the firm until 2007 when they left to become the Principal Managing Partner at Averture Product Counsel, LLC. At Averture, Mark focused on global regulatory compliance for manufacturers, importers, and retailers across various industries. Mark then joined Logitech in 2013 as the Director of WW Compliance, overseeing hardware, software, technology, components, and international trade. At Logitech, Mark also provided counsel on special projects related to tariffs, market access, and process improvements. Since 2019, Mark has been working at Sophos as the Vice President of Regulatory & Associate General Counsel. In this role, they lead a team of lawyers and compliance professionals to reduce the company's exposure to regulatory liability and ensure compliance in cross-functional teams for every significant business decision.

Mark Kinzie attended the University of Central Oklahoma where they obtained a B.A. in Business Administration. Mark later went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received a J.D. degree in Law.
