Marty Ward

Marty Ward has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 1988, they worked at IBM as an Engineering Manager for 8 years. Following that, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Sun Microsystems from 1996 to 1998. Marty then joined VERITAS Software as the Director of Product Marketing and worked there until 2004 when they transitioned to Asempra Technologies as the VP of Marketing and Products. In 2007, they became the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Symantec where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, Marty worked at McAfee as the Vice President of Product Marketing. Marty'smost recent role, starting in 2013, has been with Sophos. Marty initially joined as the Vice President of Product Marketing and later took on roles as the Vice President of Product, Communications and Content Marketing, and currently serves as the Vice President, Sophos Technology Group Operations and Communications.

Marty Ward obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, completing their education from 1984 to 1988.
