The current leadership team at Sophos has a wide range of experience in the tech industry. The CEO, Kris Rogers, has experience as CEO in residence at Sutter Hill Ventures, as well as CEO at Corel Corporation. Other members of the leadership team have served as Senior Advisor at Vector Capital, Group President at Symantec, and Vice President at multiple companies including Fortinet and Sonicwall. Furthermore, the team has experience in academia, with one member serving as Adjunct Professor – Information Technology Management at California State University - East Bay, and another as Chairman Advisory Board at Mode.net.
