Zsofia Banfalvi has a wealth of experience in customer relations, account management, and event organization. Zsofia began their professional career in 2014 as Vice President of the Rotaract Club, where they organized events such as charity parties, fundraisings, blood drives, and sports events. In 2015, they participated in a Rotary Youth Exchange Program in Wisconsin, USA, where they attended high school and was part of various teams. In 2017, they took part in the organization of the Wizz Air Debrecen Airport Run as a member of Rotaract Debrecen Főnix. In 2018, they completed a two-month internship at Lufthansa Technik, where they contributed to the Key Account Management team. Her main tasks included supporting customer relations with airlines such as Wizz Air and Norwegian Air, providing support in commercial and financial systems, and helping with maintenance preparation works with Planning and Production. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Intern at Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services UK. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager and Account Coordinator at SoPost. Additionally, they are the President of the Warwick Hungarian Society, where they oversee the 3-4 events they organize per term with the other executive members.

Zsofia Banfalvi attended the University of Warwick from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies.
