Guillaume Blot

Guillaume Blot is the Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Sopra Banking Software. Guillaume has held this position since August 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of the Interministerial Digital and SI Department of the State (DINSIC) from March 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the State Platform & France Connect Program. From September 2013 to August 2016, they also served as the Head of the Architecture & Projects service at the General Secretariat for Modernization of Public Action (SGMAP). From October 2009 to August 2013, they served as the Head of the SI-HR mission at the Ministry of Defense. From October 2006 to September 2009, they served as the Technical Director of Hélios at the Directorate General of Public Finances. Guillaume also served as the Deputy Managing Director DPO at Sopra Steria from April 1999 to December 2000.

Guillaume Blot's educational career began with him receiving their Baccalauréat in the field of C from Saint Gab'. Guillaume then went on to attend Université Paris Dauphine.
