Pooja Sethi

Pooja Sethi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and risk management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Business Partner and Senior Legal Counsel at Sopra Banking Software and Head of Legal (Global) at Fidor Solutions since February 2018, Pooja advises business stakeholders on legal and compliance matters, drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts, and develops policies and training programs. Previously, Pooja held roles including Global Legal Manager at IDEMIA and Legal Counsel at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Baxter International Inc., where significant accomplishments included the establishment of compliance boards and management of extensive legal work. Pooja holds a Master of Laws in Global Business Law and a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
