Prior to this role, Ashley Brookes spent two decades at Serco, where positions included IT Director for Business Development, Head of ICT, and Deputy Head of ICT, focusing on IT operations for various government sectors, including the Ministry of Justice. Key achievements involve overseeing IT governance for category one bids, leading strategic IT direction across multiple facilities, and implementing innovative IT solutions.
