Maria Fagerli

Maria Fagerli is an experienced professional in innovation and service design, currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at the Norwegian Red Cross since August 2022, focusing on digital innovation to enhance humanitarian efforts. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Service Design Consultant and Business Consultant at Sopra Steria, where responsibilities included designing user-centered solutions and strategic service development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Developer at TrønderEnergi, where new market concepts were developed, a Financial Advisor at SpareBank 1 Finans Midt-Norge, and an intern at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Maria holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science, Government, and Business Administration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, complemented by academic experience at the University of Melbourne.
