Reuben Hecquet

Reuben Hecquet has extensive experience in sales and engagement management, currently serving as Sales & Engagement Director and Head of Deal Pursuit at Sopra Steria since January 2013. In this role, Reuben leads a high-performing solutions team focused on strategic new business opportunities. Previous positions include Solutions Director supporting major deals in public and private sectors, and Interim Head of Infrastructure & Apps for the MoJ Probation Account, where Reuben managed over 100 technical resources. Prior to Sopra Steria, Reuben was Solution Director for Local Government & Health at Atos International, and held roles at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd and Avanade, focusing on solution design, consultancy, and managed services across various sectors, including government and healthcare.
