Kiana Davari

Kiana Davari is currently the Head of People at Sorare. Kiana has also previously worked as the Head of Rideshare and International Talent at Lyft, as well as at Facebook and Current TV.

Davari has been with Sorare since 2013 and has been instrumental in the company's growth. Kiana oversees all international talent, all talent for Sorare's largest line of business (Rideshare), and more. In past lives, they have managed Lyft's tech talent team, M&A, and the company's Bikes & Scooter business unit.

Davari is passionate about their work and believes that the future is community-driven.
