Ilana Lasday

Ilana Lasday has a long and varied work history. In 2008, they began their career as an Administrative Assistant for the Jewish National Fund and a Madricha (Youth Counselor) for Hadassah/Young Judaea Israel. In 2010, they held a Receptionist position at HomeInstead Senior Care and an AmeriCorps Fellow position at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Director and Program Manager for Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Office Manager for Social Tables. Since 2019, they have been the Operations Manager (People Ops) for Sorcero, where they own the company operations function while wearing both People and Finance hats.

Ilana Lasday attended the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
