Hayley Downing-Fairless is an experienced Color and Material Designer at SOREL since August 2019, specializing in footwear design and product development. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Designer/Product Developer at Ringor, where responsibilities included designing softball footwear, ensuring quality standards, and managing multiple projects through to commercialization. Previous experience also includes an internship at Olive Clothier assisting in apparel design and a role as a Special Education Para-Educator focusing on curriculum development. Hayley Downing-Fairless holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from George Fox University and an Associate of Arts in Apparel Accessory Design from The Art Institutes, along with ongoing professional development in Color and Material Design at MLab at Pensole.
