Amy Hardy

Amy Hardy, MS, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Business Transformation and Change Management at Sorenson Communications since October 2022, following the acquisition by Ariel Alternatives. With over a decade of experience in human resources, Amy has been a Senior Principal Consultant at DHA Consulting, LLC since January 2012, focusing on talent development and executive consulting. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Priority Dispatch, and Director of Organizational Development and Strategy at Communication Service for the Deaf, where Amy achieved significant promotions and pioneered initiatives in talent and culture. Amy began a leadership role in call center management at Purple Communications, Inc., following the completion of a master’s degree in corporate communication. Currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Administration at California Baptist University, Amy also holds a master’s degree from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah.
