Antonia Sears

Toni Sears has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Antonia (Toni) is currently serving as the Sr. Director Office of CIO at Sorenson Communications. Previously, they held positions such as Board Member at Realms of Inquiry and Sr. Director, Enterprise Program Management at CHG Healthcare. Antonia (Toni) also worked as Senior Director at Ancestry and Manager of Informatics Product Management at ARUP Laboratories. Prior to that, they had significant experience at eBay, where they served as Senior Manager and Project Manager. Antonia (Toni) was also a Partner at JPS Systems, LLC and a Senior Associate at Digitas, where they led marketing operations efforts for Fortune 500 companies.

Antonia (Toni) Sears has a BS in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah. Antonia (Toni) later pursued an MBA with a specialization in Business from the same university. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a program in Finance for Executives at Wharton Executive Education.
