Rosanna Pereira has extensive experience in managing processes and policies for Sorenson Communications, specifically in the Sales and Outreach department. With a background in customer service and leading various teams, Rosanna is skilled in developing and updating policies, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with FCC regulations. In addition to their corporate experience, Rosanna also worked as a Family History Researcher/Consultant, successfully completing projects within budget and time constraints. Rosanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family History/Genealogy and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership.
