Kumarswamy Chandrasekharaiah

Kumarswamy Chandrasekharaiah, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in project management and delivery roles. Kumarswamy is currently the Head of Implementation Success for APAC at Soroco, where they are responsible for managing implementation projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at Soroco and was responsible for various managerial tasks.

Before joining Soroco, Kumarswamy worked at GrayMatter Software Services Pvt Ltd as a Program Manager. In this role, they handled the overall delivery of the organization, specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics. Kumarswamy also managed various BI implementations and application development projects for leading airports. Kumarswamy played a key role in developing a large-scale eCommerce application and had technical exposure to Java, J2EE technologies, Data Warehousing, and BI tools.

Earlier in their career, Kumarswamy worked as a Portfolio Manager at Capgemini and as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at IGATE. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, customer management, vendor management, and coordination with stakeholders.

Kumarswamy started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they served as an Assistant Consultant and an Information Technology Analyst. Kumarswamy gained experience in mainframe development and played a key role in the Support and Enhancement team for the Single Sign-On project for American Express.

Throughout their career, Kumarswamy has demonstrated strong project management skills and has successfully delivered projects within timelines and budgets. Kumarswamy has experience in various industries such as technology, software services, and airports.

Kumarswamy Chandrasekharaiah, PMP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Six Sigma Black belt from Capgemini in January 2016 and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2014. Kumarswamy also holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate from ITIL Certified, and is a Professional Scrum Master certified by Scrum.org. Furthermore, Kumarswamy Chandrasekharaiah is a Sun Certified Java Professional certified by Sun Microsystems.
