Swapnil Bajpai

Swapnil Bajpai has a diverse professional background with experience in customer success, business automation, and electrical engineering. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager and previously as Business Automation Associate at Soroco since March 2021, Swapnil has contributed to enhancing client relationships and business processes. Prior to Soroco, Swapnil completed a marketing internship at Aditya Birla Capital in early 2020 and gained hands-on engineering experience as an Electrical Officer at Dynacom Tankers Management, Ltd. and The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. From June 2014 to November 2017, Swapnil was involved in electrical maintenance and safety systems on merchant vessels. Swapnil holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nitte Institute of Technology.
