Araceli Alvarez

Araceli Alvarez is currently an Associate Scientist at Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., with a focus on mechanistic and kinetic investigations of Gold-catalyzed reactions of benzylic alcohols. Araceli holds a Graduate Research Assistant position at Boston University since September 2020 and previously worked as a Research Assistant at California State University San Marcos from 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Araceli served as a TLC Peer Leader for the CSUSM Tukwut Leadership Circle from January 2018 to 2020, mentoring peers in leadership activities and workshops.
