Rob Atkinson

Rob Atkinson has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. In 2009, they worked as an International Legal Counsel for PepsiCo in Dubai, where they provided legal support and led the company's anti-bribery program. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Managing Director of Caterway, a foodservice company where they successfully turned around the company's profit and loss. Rob then became a Member of the Board for LANDMARK WHOLESALE LIMITED in 2014. In 2015, they joined The Legal Director as a Client Legal Director, providing businesses with experienced lawyers on a part-time basis. Rob was also a Shareholder and Consultant for Natural Birthing Company, an early-stage investor providing natural products for pregnant women and new moms. In 2016, they became a Partner at Northco Management, where they offered interim business support and assistance for various business environments. Rob founded Sauce Legal Solutions in 2019, which provided legal services to the hospitality industry. In 2016, they also became the Director and Co-Founder of Uni2 Rent, a student lifestyle company. Most recently, they are serving as the Consultant Legal Director for Black and White Hospitality, where they operate as the Legal Director for Marco Pierre White restaurants and provides personal advice to the White family. Currently, they are also the Consultant Legal Director for Sorted Group, a global SaaS company specializing in dynamic checkouts and delivery management.

Rob Atkinson attended Keele University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Law/French. Rob then proceeded to De Montfort University, completing a Legal Practice Course from 1996 to 1997.
