Bagus Deny Prasetya

Bagus Deny Prasetya has an extensive and diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Bagus Deny started their career as a FO Supervisor at Ritz Carlton Hotel Dubai in 1996 and then moved on to become a Duty Manager at the same hotel. Bagus Deny later worked as a Front Office Manager at Hotel Mulia Jakarta before taking on the role of Front Office Manager at Alila Hotels & Resorts in 2003. In 2005, they joined Ritz Carlton Hotel Jakarta as a Front Office Manager.

In 2006, Bagus transitioned into the facility services sector and worked as a Senior Operation & Care Manager at ISS Indonesia. Bagus Deny gradually climbed up the ladder and took on various managerial roles in different regions, including VP Sales Facility Service Jakarta and VP General Manager Surabaya/East Java. Bagus Deny also served as the VP-GM Operations & Business Dev. Region 2 of ISS Indonesia, responsible for the development and operations of branches in East Java, Central Java, and West Java.

Bagus then moved to Virtus Facility Services as the Head of Facility Services Operation in 2015 and later became the GM Regional Development. In 2016, they joined CSI Indonesia as the VP-Business Development & Administration. Most recently, Bagus worked as the Director of Operations at PT. SOS INDONESIA starting from May 2020.

Throughout their career, Bagus has demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly in operations, business development, and customer experience. Bagus Deny has experience in managing portfolios, ensuring contract extensions, and promoting a quality and peaceful environment for customers.

Bagus Deny Prasetya attended Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 1993 to 1996. During this time, they focused on Room Division Management as their field of study. However, it is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
