Jayne Somes-Schloesser

Jayne Somes-Schloesser, CAE, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Principal at SOS Association Solutions, LLC since May 2014, providing consulting services in association operations, HR solutions, and executive leadership advisory. Previously, Jayne held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the HR Policy Association, focusing on advocacy and public policy for HR leaders. As Vice President of Operations for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity, Jayne managed various business operations and organizational projects. Jayne also served as Deputy Executive Director and COO for the Optical Society of America, overseeing daily operations, and as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Mortgage Bankers Association, where organizational restructuring was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Vice President of Operations at the National Multifamily Housing Council and various positions at the Electronic Industries Association, emphasizing leadership and operational improvement. Jayne holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary.
