Daniel Dalton

Daniel Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Daniel is currently the Director of Technical Operations at SOS Beauty Group as of July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PLZ Corp from September 2020 to July 2022, holding the position of Commercial Product Development Manager. Before that, they worked at Mansfield-King where they held various roles, including Sr. Formulation Chemist/Process Engineer from February 2019 to September 2020, Formulation Chemist from January 2017 to February 2019, and R&D Chemist from January 2016 to January 2017. Daniel began their career as an Associate Research Fellow at Indiana State University from August 2011 to August 2012.

Daniel Dalton has a strong educational background with a focus on business and science. Daniel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry at Indiana State University. During their high school years from 2007 to 2011, Daniel attended Waldo J Wood Memorial High School and graduated as Valedictorian.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained two additional certifications. In November 2020, they completed a certification in Brand Management from the University of London. Daniel also holds a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, which they obtained in December 2016.
