Heiko Wenthin

International Network Manager at SOS International

Heiko Wenthin is an experienced international network manager currently employed at SOS International since November 2021. Prior to this role, Heiko served as the Head of Global Customer Success at SameSystem, focusing on customer retention and operational management across Europe. From November 2015 to November 2020, Heiko was the Head of Global Network - BI and Quality at Falck Global Assistance, leading teams in medical network recruitment and quality assurance. Heiko's earlier experience includes significant roles at Bupa Global, managing medical assistance operations and business development strategies, as well as serving as a Danish teacher. Heiko holds a Master's degree in Scandinavian Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and has also studied at the University of Copenhagen.
