Courtney Walters has extensive experience in program management and outdoor education, with a focus on youth enrichment and outdoor activities. With a background in ski instruction, tutoring, and coordinating logistics for outdoor education programs, Courtney has also worked in non-profit organizations and community outreach. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and Bachelor's degrees in Human Services and International Affairs.
