Philipp Niemann

Philipp Niemann currently serves as the Geschäftsführer and CEO at SOS Software Service GmbH and Niemann Mittelstandsnachfolge GmbH, overseeing the acquisition and generational transition of a medium-sized enterprise. As a founding member of New Mittelstand since April 2020, Philipp has also shaped the digital transformation at Hella Gutmann Group as Chief Digital Officer from November 2017 to January 2024, leading over 200 employees across multiple locations. Previous roles at Homburg & Partner included project management, consulting, and associate positions. Philipp Niemann holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaft & Technik from the Technical University of Munich, a Bachelor of Science from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and has pursued education at Columbia University and Universidad de Sevilla.
