Andrea Pasero

Andrea Pasero has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Andrea is currently working at SoSafe as the Head of Customer Programs since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Global Program Manager at Meta from April 2020 to January 2024. Before joining Meta, they worked at Box as a Customer Experience Program Manager from September 2018 to April 2020, and as a Customer Success Manager from January 2017 to September 2018. Andrea's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Customer Service Coordinator and Customer Service Executive at Kuoni Tumlare from June 2015 to December 2016, and as a Bulk cargo Project Analyst and Import Department Clerk at COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Italy) srl from January 2012 to June 2015. Andrea also worked as a Chartering Executive at Cosco Shipping Co., Ltd. from November 2014 to February 2015. Andrea's first role was as a Marketing Intern at U.T Europe from September 2011 to January 2012.

- In 2002-2007, they obtained a High School Degree with a focus on Humanistic Studies from Liceo Classico Andrea D'Oria.

- From 2007-2010, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Cultural Mediation - Mandarin and Japanese from Università degli Studi di Milano.

- In 2009, they attended Yoyogi Language School for an Intensive Japanese Course.

- In 2011, they studied Chinese Language Studies at Beijing Language and Culture University.

- In 2016, they took a Marketing Course at City, University of London.
