Janne Romppainen

Janne Romppainen currently serves as the Head of Information Security at SoSafe since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Operational Risk and Information Security Manager at Pliant from August 2022 to October 2023, and multiple positions at Nordea from January 2019 to June 2022, including Internal Audit Manager and Operational Risk Officer, with a focus on operational risk oversight within the 2nd Line of Defence. Janne began a military career in the Finnish Defence Forces, spanning from July 2010 to June 2019, serving as a Warfare Officer in the Navy and holding various roles in intelligence and operational management. Education was completed at the National Defence University in Finland, where a Bachelor's degree in Navy was obtained from 2015 to 2018.
