Shannon Jaritz

Shannon (Rodenheiser) Jaritz is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at SoSafe Cyber Security Awareness, where Shannon leads the Customer organisation, including the implementation, success, support, and professional services teams. Prior to this role, Shannon has had experience working in various customer success and account management roles at companies such as Wire™, Contentful, LinkedIn, and Citrix. Shannon also took a sabbatical to study the German language and has a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, and a Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration.
