Maria Darby-Walker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors including insurance, finance, and fashion. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group PLC and a member of the Board of Directors and Trustee at National Park Rescue, Maria also holds the position of Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford. As a Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Redwood Bank, and a Senior Non-Executive Director at Personal Group, Maria brings significant governance expertise. Additionally, an angel investor and former adviser to Sosandar plc, Maria operates Maria Darby-Walker Ltd, providing marketing consultancy and leadership coaching with a global perspective.
