Vincent Chabot

Vincent Chabot is currently a Concepteur en efficacité énergétique at Soteck-Clauger, starting in September 2023. Previously, Vincent served as a Demonstrator for the Building Mechanical Systems course at École de technologie supérieure from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included preparing and hosting working sessions, correcting reports, and developing quiz questions for students. Vincent has held technical roles at Econoler, first as a Technical Expert in Energy Efficiency, focusing on impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs across Canada, and previously as an Energy Efficiency Intern, contributing to data collection, analysis, and reporting. Early experiences include internships as a Mechanical Designer at PPD Meditech, where design work for orthopedic implant production was conducted, and as a Research and Development Intern at Teraxion, involving the design of test benches for laser components. Vincent Chabot holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency from École de technologie supérieure, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
