John Niemann

John Niemann has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. John is currently working as the Director of HR Systems at Sotera Health Company since April 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Flynn Restaurant Group as a Senior Manager of HR Technology from June 2021 to April 2023. From 2016 to 2021, John worked at Swagelok, where they held multiple positions including Senior Benefits Manager, HRIS Manager, and HRIS Process Data Lead. Before joining Swagelok, they were employed at GCA Services Group, where they held roles such as Manager of Data Analytics, Operational Accounting Analyst, and Accountant.

John Niemann attended Cleveland State University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Accounting & Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
