Nathalie Salem

Nathalie Salem, CCP, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nathalie is currently working as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Sotera Health LLC, where they oversee the development and implementation of the company's rewards programs. Prior to that, Nathalie served as the Global Director of Total Rewards at CMC Materials, responsible for designing and administering compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Nathalie also led the integration of Total Rewards programs after a company acquisition. Earlier in their career, Nathalie held positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Sara Lee Corporation, CareMed Chicago, and Baxter International Inc., where they gained extensive experience in compensation management, financial analysis, and accounting. Nathalie Salem, CCP, SHRM-SCP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In 2017 and 2018, they completed a Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University. Additionally, they hold certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in August 2015, and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work, obtained in 2011.
