Gene S. has extensive experience in global total rewards and compensation, currently serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Lennox International since August 2017. Prior to this role, Gene held the position of Vice President of Global Total Rewards at SPX Corporation from August 2015 to August 2017 and served as Director of Global Compensation at Sonoco from February 2013 to August 2015. Gene began a career in compensation at Sysco, where the role was Senior Director of Compensation from May 2007 to February 2013.
