Lisa Polentas

Lisa Polentas is a seasoned professional in product design and innovation within the food and beverage industry, currently holding the position of Product Design and Innovation Manager for Beverages at Soulfresh since May 2021. With a strong background in ideation and technical expertise, Lisa has successfully managed the entire new product development process across various portfolios, including functional and plant-based beverages. Previous roles at Asahi Beverages include Senior Food Technologist in both Accelerated Innovation and Innovation capacities, where Lisa utilized agile methodologies to drive product solutions that meet customer needs. Additional experience includes product development management at The Food Revolution Group, and food technologist positions at Edlyn Foods and Simplot Australia. Lisa holds a Diploma in Food Science & Technology from RMIT University and a degree in Food Science & Technology from Victoria University.
