Aaron Stroud

Aaron Stroud has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as an Instructor at the University of Washington, where they taught technical writing to engineering students. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Web Developer for Children Of The Nations, overseeing CMS, online donations, and child sponsorship systems. Aaron also made hiring recommendations for IT and web staff. From 2013 to 2019, they co-ran Incremental Success Inc., where they helped AdTech companies with marketing, training, and technical standards. Aaron developed the corporate website using a static CMS, Git, and deployed it to Netlify's global CDN. In 2021, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Online Farm Markets and later as a Lead Web Developer at Marcy Design Group. In 2022, they joined Soulheart as a Development Manager, and in 2023, they will work as a Web Developer at Marcy Design Group.

Aaron Stroud has a strong educational background in technical communication, with a focus on web design, usability testing, and technical writing. Aaron completed their Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication at the University of Washington from 1998 to 2004, where they gained expertise in professional, technical, business, and scientific writing. To further enhance their skills, they pursued a Master of Science in Technical Communication at the University of Washington from 2004 to 2006, specializing in user-centered web design, usability testing, and teaching technical writing. Additionally, Aaron Stroud obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from North Seattle College from 2000 to 2002, further augmenting their technical expertise.
