L. Robin Cardozo

L. Robin Cardozo currently serves as Board Chair for Soulpepper Theatre Company and is a member of the Quadrangle Society at Massey College, University of Toronto. As a Governance Training Consultant with the Institute of Corporate Directors, Cardozo develops and delivers workshops focused on governance fundamentals for nonprofit boards. Previous roles include Executive in Residence at the Rotman School of Management and Chair of the Ontario Nonprofit Network. Cardozo has also held significant leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at SickKids Foundation and Chief Executive Officer at Ontario Trillium Foundation. Academic credentials include ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors and FCPA in Accounting and Finance from CPA Ontario.
