Jennifer Grover

Jennifer Grover has extensive experience in healthcare operations, specializing in performance management and strategic execution. Jennifer held various leadership roles at Sound Physicians, including National Director of Performance Management, where they oversaw large-scale clinical innovation projects. Prior to Sound Physicians, they also worked as an Executive Consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Grover's background also includes roles at TRI-MED AMBULANCE, where they served as Assistant Manager of Billing and Collections, implementing process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Jennifer Grover completed an Associates degree in Liberal Arts at Cape Fear Community College from 2003 to 2005. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at Washington State University from 2006 to 2009. Finally, Jennifer earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean for Healthcare from the University of Michigan in 2014, Project Management from the University of Washington in 2013, and became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with Prosci in 2022.
