Vincent D'Arpino

Vincent D'Arpino has a diverse range of work experience. Vincent is currently working as the Director Legal & Compliance at Sound Point Capital Management, LP since May 2022. Previously, they held the positions of CEO and Chief Legal Officer at Interventure Capital Group from January 2013 to December 2020, and Deputy-CEO and Chief Legal Officer from November 2010 to December 2012. Vincent also worked as a Managing Director at Clinton Group, Inc. from September 2002 to November 2010. Prior to that, they were an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from 1995 to 2002 and an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1992 to 1995.

Vincent D'Arpino pursued their first Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Virginia from 1982 to 1986. Later, they attended Fordham University School of Law from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
