Cindi Meraz currently serves as a Service Desk Technician II at Sound Transit since April 2021, providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer and network systems. Prior to this role, Cindi worked at Kaiser Permanente from August 2017 to April 2021, gaining extensive experience in IT support through positions as a Service Desk professional, IT Technician Intern, and IT Allocations Intern. Responsibilities included identifying and resolving technical issues, scheduling repairs, assisting with network installations, and managing work tickets. Cindi also has managerial experience from Taco de Rey, where duties included training employees and managing inventory. Cindi is currently pursuing an IT Helpdesk degree through Year Up United.
