Diane Wiatr

Diane Wiatr is a Development Manager for High Capacity Transit at Sound Transit, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Diane served as Principal Planner at the City of Seattle from July 2016 to October 2021, with specific roles in the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT). Diane holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, completed between 2003 and 2005.
