Rui Cong

Rui Cong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project cost analysis and financial management. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Controls Lead at Sound Transit since September 2022, Rui also holds the position of Sr. Project Cost Analyst at magniX since March 2022. Previous roles include Property Accountant at Sea To Sky Management Inc. and Sr. Project Cost Controller at UniversalPegasus International. With a background that includes positions such as Staff Cost Controller at Husky Energy and Project Accountant at Jacobs Engineering, Rui has developed a robust skill set in financial oversight and project cost management. Rui holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, awarded from 1994 to 1998.
