The board of directors at Sound Transit is made up of individuals with experience in a variety of industries, including architecture, urban design, and public affairs consulting. These individuals also have educational backgrounds from some of the nation's top colleges and universities, including the University of Washington, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and the University of Georgia.
